About the ESSAY

Essay™ is an exclusive table series in solid wood, created by Danish designer Cecilie Manz. The table consists of three elements - a tabletop and two bases - crafted in a simple, natural form. With its elegant look and flexible functionality, the table serves as the ideal gathering point in contemporary spaces. The CM21 comfortably accommodates six chairs and can be extended with the CM95 extension leaves to sit up to ten.

The table is available in 2 variants of solid wood: White Pigmented Oak and Natural Oak

About the designer

With two artist parents, Cecilie Manz encountered the world of design in early childhood in their workshop. Her own career began in 1992 with an academic education from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Following a semester abroad at the University of Art and Design in Helsinki, Manz started her own company, which has been the focus of her work ever since.
