Form & Refine is a Danish design brand that celebrates materials, form and sustainability equally. Our pure materials are carefully selected from around the world and skillfully crafted locally using time-honored traditions. We celebrate the natural form of our materials and create collections of refined Nordic design.
Form & Refine was founded in 2018 by Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen and Lasse Lund Lauridsen– based on the common vision of creating a value-driven design brand that explores materials and preserves our earth and craft cultures through an exceptional design philosophy.
We believe in sustainability by choosing local materials neighbouring local workshops and thereby reducing our CO₂footprint. By using the forest Damsbo on the island of Funen in Denmark as our source of unique and beautiful Danish ash, maple and oak we are able to produce locally with the help of skilled craftsmen.
